About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Manager to be the face of our hotel in the community. This role requires someone who is happy, outgoing, and loves making new connections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating amazing events and meetings for clients and guests, ensuring excellent service from first contact to the signed contract.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to recognize good business opportunities and close deals.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to keep everyone informed about guest expectations.

  • Ability to deliver results.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales systems (e.g., Delphi, CRM tools, LinkedIn, Zoom, third-party lead platforms).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Solid understanding of basic financial concepts (budgeting, P&L, percentages).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.

  • Japanese language skills.
  • Local market experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with existing clients and find and build relationships with new clients.
  • Put proposals together that make good business sense, recognizing "win-win" scenarios.
  • Attend networking events and stay connected with community and industry news.
  • Make phone calls, go to outside appointments, and entice prospective clients to visit.
  • Visit clients to ensure they feel valued.
  • Attend evening sales events as needed.
