Fire Protection District Sales Manager

About The Position
We are searching for a strategic partner to manage, sell, motivate and lead a team of seasoned sales staff. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, Driving Revenue Growth, Developing Sales Strategies, optimizing sales and maximizing margins to meet company goals. Mentor team members, monitor bid logs and define trends and track sales.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years Sales Experience with proven industry results in the Fire Protection field.
- Expertise in Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Service, Inspection and Suppression.
- Strong Negotiation, Presentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree or equal industry experience
Responsibilities
- Meet sales quotas set by the DGM
- Maintain relationships with customers and provide a high level of communication.
- Set clear team goals, targets and KPI’s
- Conduct weekly Sales meetings
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Forecast and Project sales Monthly, Quarterly and Annually
- Stay current with market Trends
