About The Position

Impact Fire Services is seeking a strategic partner to manage, sell, motivate, and lead a team of seasoned sales staff. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, optimizing sales, and maximizing margins to meet company goals. The role involves mentoring team members, monitoring bid logs, defining trends, and tracking sales.

Requirements

3-5 Years Sales Experience with proven industry results in the Fire Protection field.
Expertise in Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Service, Inspection and Suppression.
Strong Negotiation, Presentation skills
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.

Responsibilities

Meet sales quotas set by the DGM
Maintain relationships with customers and provide a high level of communication.
Set clear team goals, targets and KPI’s
Conduct weekly Sales meetings
Participate in weekly team meetings
Forecast and Project sales Monthly, Quarterly and Annually
Stay current with market Trends
