Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment venues, or live events.
  • Existing relationships and experience in the Miami market are a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in high-volume, high-energy environments.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — think like an owner and operate with urgency.
  • Comfortable working in a pre-opening, fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all sales strategies and revenue generation for group events, private dining, corporate buyouts, and VIP experiences.
  • Develop and manage key accounts within Miami's corporate, entertainment, and hospitality sectors.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
  • Collaborate with marketing, nightlife programming, and food & beverage leadership to create compelling event offerings.
  • Represent the venue at trade events, networking functions, and with high-profile prospects.
  • Own your sales pipeline, forecasts, and results to drive success.
