Provides strategic support to client group and the HR/Training Team. Responsible for the Centralized Hiring Program in Region; this will include recruiting, conduct interviews and working with operations to make final hiring decisions at the store level. Partners with the Training Team to update, develop and coach both store and non-store employees.
