About The Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a guide for families and older adults, helping them navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. You will be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community. You will work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses and organizations. You will also partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale supports its Sales associates through a 3-week on-boarding and orientation program, opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement, and a network of almost 675 communities in 41 states. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Senior Living experience preferred
