About The Position

The International & Domestic Sales Manager – Polymers will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing customer relationships for polymer products including PP, PE, PET, and TPE,PVC, HDPE,LLDPE,LDPE,SAN,EVA,ABS,DOP and related materials across domestic and selected international markets. The role requires independent management of the full sales cycle, from business development and customer acquisition to order closure and after-sales support, while operating remotely.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within polymer trading, targeting converters, manufacturers, and industrial buyers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in terms of sales volume, revenue, and profit margins.
Develop strategic sales plans for domestic territories and international markets.
Build and strengthen distribution networks and strategic partnerships.
Expand market share by identifying untapped sectors and customer segments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industrial clients.
Conduct virtual client meetings, presentations, and product discussions to promote company offerings.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt response to inquiries and issue resolution.
Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
Provide customers with technical guidance on polymer applications and product suitability.
Understand client manufacturing requirements and recommend appropriate polymer solutions.
Coordinate product trials, testing, and sampling processes.
Deliver technical presentations to clients when required.
Lead negotiations related to pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.
Manage complete order lifecycle including quotation, confirmation, documentation, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
Handle export documentation and shipping coordination for international orders.
