About The Position

1800 ICB is seeking a Sales Manager (Player-Coach) to scale its acquisitions team. The company buys single-family homes across multiple states and has established marketing, systems, and consistent deal closings. This role requires the individual to drive personal production while recruiting, training, and managing acquisitions representatives. It is a hands-on role where the manager will carry their own pipeline alongside team leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced sales environments, values accountability, and can develop closers while continuing to close deals personally.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and coaching sales teams
  • Strong sales background with ability to personally close deals
  • Comfortable working inside CRMs and managing pipelines
  • Strong accountability and leadership mindset
  • Ability to train and develop newer reps into producers
  • Competitive, hands-on, and performance-driven personality

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or high-volume phone sales experience preferred
  • Has built or led a sales team before
  • Still enjoys being in the trenches and closing deals

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own acquisitions pipeline
  • Close 1–2 deals per month
  • Run comps and price deals
  • Assist with reductions, negotiations, and deal movement
  • Recruit and hire acquisitions reps
  • Onboard and train new team members
  • Coach reps through live calls and pipeline management
  • Run daily huddles and weekly 1-on-1s
  • Review calls, lead activity, and CRM usage
  • Monitor pipeline health and lead flow
  • Ensure reps are following sales process standards
  • Audit lead assignment and accountability
  • Create training resources and sales coaching materials
  • Help drive team performance and competition

Benefits

  • $48K Base
  • Personal Commission (14% on self-generated production)
  • Team Override (3% on production from managed reps)
  • Estimated Earnings at Full Ramp: ~$155K+ annually
