About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our international trade sales efforts. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence in designated international regions, and managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a sales team. This position requires a proactive approach to market expansion, strategic analysis, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in international trade sales.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or management role is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of international trade processes, regulations, payment methods, and risk management.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and adapt to flexible working hours and frequent travel.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite and relevant international trade management software.
  • A collaborative mindset with the leadership skills necessary to drive a sales team toward collective goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts within designated international regions to achieve sales targets and market share goals.
  • Develop and execute market expansion plans, including market research, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients, identifying their needs and providing professional, tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate internal resources across production, logistics, and after-sales service to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Collect and analyze competitor data to formulate effective sales and pricing strategies.
  • Participate in international trade negotiations, finalize sales contracts, and monitor contract fulfillment.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, enhancing their sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Regularly report sales progress and market trends to senior management and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and manage the regional sales budget to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness.
  • Adhere to international trade regulations and company policies to ensure all transactions are fully compliant.
