As a Dealer Sales Manager, you’ll be part of our Independent Retail team working as a remote employee in Texas. You will get to grow, develop, and drive sales within a specific region or market. You will manage Dealer inventories to ensure appropriate category growth by market and to increase category penetration in underdeveloped markets. Responsibilities include executing new dealer onboarding, attending meetings and shows, managing parts lookups, reorders, and pricing issues, resolving service issues, handling returns, and following up on warranty claims. The ideal candidate is a field-based employee who is comfortable traveling 50-60% of the time and hauling a trailer with equipment over 50% of the time, while also meeting DOT requirements where applicable.
