About The Position

The Sales Manager will drive business development in the U.S. market across our six solution pillars. This is a customer-facing role that requires industrial B2B sales experience and the ability to translate technical solutions into compliance, cost-saving, and sustainability benefits. Compensation includes base salary plus performance-based commission/bonus plan.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in industrial equipment, environmental solutions, or manufacturing sales.
  • Proven ability to sell complex technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong network in automotive, energy, or advanced manufacturing sectors preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with industrial clients (battery plants, automotive manufacturers, welding shops, paint facilities).
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions.
  • Track pipeline progress and deliver revenue growth against targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to headquarters for strategy adjustment.
