Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong advantage
• High-energy, confident communication
• A natural ability to influence and close
• Strong marketing instincts, especially on social platforms
• Availability on Saturdays (Sundays are always off)
• Ambition to lead, excel, and outpace the competition
• Background check and Drug Screen are required
