About The Position

As a Sales Manager in Training, you'll develop both your sales and leadership abilities while working directly alongside experienced sales managers. This role involves in-home sales, where you will meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments, conduct professional in-home consultations, present customized home improvement solutions, demonstrate product value, financing options, and promotional offers, and close high-value residential sales. You will also maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up. The leadership development aspect includes learning and mastering our proven in-home sales process, participating in advanced leadership and management training, shadowing experienced Sales Managers during coaching and field development, beginning to mentor and support newer sales representatives, learning recruiting, onboarding, and team development strategies, and developing the skills needed to lead a high-performing sales team.
