About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is a rapidly expanding home improvement company, recognized for its industry-leading roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and door solutions. The company is dedicated to enhancing the homeowner experience and has experienced significant growth. The Sales Manager in Training role is a two-quarter program designed to equip individuals with the skills to become top producers and transition into leadership positions within a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry
- Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services
- Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset
- Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team
Responsibilities
- Master our in-home sales system
- Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
- Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
- Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic
- Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks
- Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
- Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings
- Drive team culture, accountability, and performance
- Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers
