The Business area Mining is a global leading supplier of equipment and tools, parts, service, digital solutions, and sustainability-driving technologies for the mining and construction industries. Applications include rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunneling, and quarrying. The Cutting Tools Sales Manager role will be based out of Brier Hill, PA.

Requirements

BA in Mining or Mechanical Engineering
10 years in related industry
MSHA pt. 48 certification
Must have the legal right to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of mechanical cutting equipment/applications
Knowledge of point of attack tooling design and applicational usage
Experience in the coal/limestone/tunneling/roadmilling industries
Knowledge of basic geological features as it pertains to cuttability
General knowledge of point of attack tooling manufacturing

Responsibilities

Forecasting anticipated sales and aligning with the division supply.
Engage with customers to introduce Sandvik products and solutions that address their needs.
Participate in product testing and ROI analysis with customers where required.
Feedback quality and/or design issues with Product Management at the division.
Usher PO’s to the order desk and follow-up with the order desk and/or the division on back orders or any issues with supply.
Assist with AR on any customers with overdue payment issues.
