About The Position

Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology, a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service, and technical solutions for the mining industry, has an opening for a General Laborer at the Brier Hill, PA location. In this key role, the General Laborer is responsible for general shop cleanup, organization of yard material, and loading, unloading, cleaning, blasting, and moving material involved in the aftermarket repair of equipment and components. Flexibility for shift work and overtime is required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of related experience with industry specific equipment is required
• Must be able to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, stand for extended periods, and safely use tools and service equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety, customer service, teamwork, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.
• You must be able to follow instructions and complete work in a safe and timely manner
• The flexibility to conduct shift work is also required
• Overtime is required as needed
