We are seeking a proven and highly motivated sales leader to manage and develop a team of Clinician Liaisons (CLs) responsible for driving referral growth and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers across assigned markets. This role combines field leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven performance management. The Sales Manager will partner closely with Clinical and Operations teams to align outreach efforts with clinician capacity and patient access needs, while ensuring consistent execution of sales strategy. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, excels at coaching, and can translate strategy into measurable growth.
