Requirements

• Bachelors Degree required.
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2021 in any of the following: Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales) Military service Collegiate student athlete Held a student leadership role in a university organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put customers first.
• Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.
