This Management Trainee opportunity is located within our Savannah market and may support branch locations throughout Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Garden City, Port Wentworth, Rincon, Thunderbolt, Chatham County, Effingham County, Bryan County, and surrounding Coastal Georgia communities. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the Savannah metropolitan area, with consideration given to the candidate's residence and proximity to available locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put our customers first.
• Engage in friendly competition, which is critical to growing our business — and your success.
• Get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

• Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $52,000 with an average 47 hour work week.
