About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid, part-time internship offers real-world professional experience, teaching interns what it takes to run a successful business and acquiring marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and fun. The role is located in Springfield, IL.

Requirements

• Must be a Senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• 10-11 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the availability to start on January 5th, 2027.
• Must be able to work 25 hours/week.
