About The Position

This paid internship is designed for university/college students graduating in Spring 2027 to build valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will gain real-world professional experience, learning what it takes to run a successful business and acquiring marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. The internship requires availability for 20-25 hours per week throughout the final semester, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, and is based in Southern Delaware offices (Dover, Rehoboth, and Seaford).

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating in Spring 2027.
Able to start on Monday, January 4, 2027 and work through Friday, March 26, 2027.
Able to attend a mandatory day of training on Monday, January 4th and Thursday, January 7, 2027.
Minimum of 3 months experience in Customer Service (retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry), Leadership (military, social, or academic organizations), or Sports Leadership & Competition (athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team).
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license that is not in provisional or probationary status.
Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the 12-week spring internship program.
Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Living in Southern Delaware for the duration of the internship.
