About The Position

The Enterprise Sales Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The program is looking to hire rising seniors graduating by May 2028, offering $18.00 per hour. The internship is based in South Jersey offices, including Cherry Hill, Pennsauken, Maple Shade, Marlton, Mount Holly, or Turnersville.

Requirements

Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2028.
Must be able to start in one of our orientation classes on Wednesday, 5/26/2027 or Monday, 6/2/2027 and work through Friday 8/13/2027.
Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in Customer Service (retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry), Leadership (military, social, or academic organizations), or Sports Leadership & Competition (athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team).
Must be able to work at least 35-40 hours per week throughout the summer internship program.
Must have a current and valid driver's license.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be living in South Jersey for the duration of the internship.
