About The Position

The Enterprise Sales Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, going beyond just a resume line. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and fun. This is a full-time internship requiring 35-40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $18.00/hour, and is located in the Bucks and Montgomery County offices. The program is seeking rising seniors graduating by May 2028.

Requirements

Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2028.
Must be able to start in one of our orientation classes on Wednesday, 5/26/2027 or Monday, 6/2/2027 and work through Friday 8/13/2027.
Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in Customer Service (retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry).
Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in Leadership (military, social, or academic organizations).
Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in Sports Leadership & Competition (athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team).
Must be able to work at least 35-40 hours per week throughout the summer internship program.
Must have a current and valid driver's license.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Must be living in Bucks or Montgomery County for the duration of the internship.
