Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- A clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Move and stage vehicles on the sales lot to support daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional‑looking inventory display
- Prepare vehicles for delivery, test drives, and customer appointments
- Clean, fuel, and perform basic inspections on vehicles
- Assist Sales Managers and Sales Team with inventory flow and merchandising
- Pull vehicles for customers and return them after use
- Complete other lot‑related duties as needed
