Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and detail‑focused
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Move, organize, and stage vehicles across the sales lot
• Keep vehicle displays clean, orderly, and guest‑ready
• Assist with vehicle preparation for test drives and deliveries
• Wash, fuel, and complete basic checks on vehicles
• Support Sales Managers with inventory handling and merchandising
• Pull vehicles for customers and return them promptly
• Perform additional lot duties to support daily sales operations
