About The Position

Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient handling of customer and company/owned vehicles. This role involves greeting all customers entering the service area and directing them to the service-write up area. The attendant will tag vehicles, install mats and seat covers, and park vehicles in appropriate locations, maintaining an organized lot by removing debris and snow. Additionally, the position requires maintaining loaner vehicles, including washing, filling gas tanks, and parking them in designated areas, as well as informing management of any necessary mechanical or body repairs. The attendant will also perform alignment checks efficiently in the drive-through, providing printouts to Service Consultants, and cleaning customer vehicles, the shop, and service drive as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Valid driver’s license.
• Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
• Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
• Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
• Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred

• Perform alignment checks in the drive through quickly and efficiently, providing color alignments print out to the Service Consultants while the customer is still in the Consultants office.
• Clean, wash and detail customer vehicles, shop and service drive as needed.
