About The Position

West Coast Toyota, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant who aligns with the company’s values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. The role involves keeping the dealership lot orderly, preparing and inspecting vehicles, and handling vehicle keys. The ideal candidate is precise, approachable, accommodating, analytical, and energetic, with a positive attitude and strong listening and communication skills. The position offers an hourly rate of $21, full-time employment, and opportunities to grow into sales and service roles.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Highly precise work style and ability to produce accurate work.
Strong listening and communication skills.
High energy and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Arrange cars on the lot and ensure the car lot is neat and orderly.
Wash and fuel cars.
Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoices.
Inspect new and used vehicles delivered to the dealership for damage.
Catalog and store keys.
Perform other duties as assigned.
