About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is hiring a full-time Sales Lot Attendant to help maintain our vehicle inventory and support our sales team. If you're dependable, enjoy staying active, and want an opportunity to grow within a dealership, we'd like to meet you. No automotive experience is required—we'll teach you the rest.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree; or one-to-three-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clear and Valid Driver's License
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission.
• Ability to work with little to no direction.
• Effective communication skills
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• High reasoning comprehension
• Positive attitude
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain new and pre-owned vehicle inventory
• Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery
• Install stock tags, window stickers, and license plates
• Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Support the sales team with daily operations
