About The Position
Thomas Sales & Service Ford is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant in Madras, Oregon. The role supports the organization and presentation of vehicle inventory and helps keep the dealership lot welcoming and professional for customers and staff. The attendant maintains and organizes the lot, moves vehicles to optimize display space, assists sales staff with lot-related tasks and vehicle preparations, and checks that vehicles are presentable and ready for customer viewing. The role also involves helping deliver and pick up vehicles within the premises and promptly reporting vehicle damage or maintenance issues with vehicles or lot infrastructure.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work and lift moderate weights.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales lot.
- Move vehicles around the lot as needed to optimize display space.
- Assist sales staff with lot-related tasks and vehicle preparations.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure vehicles are presentable and ready for customer viewing.
- Assist with the delivery and pickup of vehicles within the premises.
- Promptly report damages or maintenance issues with vehicles or lot infrastructure.
