This paid, multi-year rotational program trains you in every part of the business, with mentoring from experienced managers, so you can grow into sales, operations, or branch management.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Background in customer service, sales, or leadership.
- Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment requirements including a drug test.
Responsibilities
- Warehouse operations, shipping, and deliveries
- Counter sales and working with contractors
- Outside sales, pricing, quoting, and vendor relationships
