About The Position

The Sales Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a 10–12-month program combining structured training, mentorship, and real-world experience to build foundational skills in sales, customer service, and business operations. Participants complete one assignment in a single business group and location, gaining practical, in-depth experience in sales and customer service, along with technical product knowledge and exposure to the sales process. The program prepares participants to apply for a Sales Representative role in a technical division, including Coil, Industrial Wood, General Industrial, Packaging, or Protective & Marine. The January 2027 cohort will be placed in the Industrial Wood Division in Dallas, Texas. Relocation is required for the program and may be required again after completion for a post-program role.
