The Sales Leader Development Intern will partner with the Global Sales organization to support strategic initiatives focused on sales leader leadership development, Brand Representative activation, learning effectiveness, and field capability building. Working closely with the Sr. Director, Global Sales Leader Learning & Development, this role will contribute to the design, evaluation, and optimization of scalable learning and development experiences that support sales leader productivity, engagement, retention, and organizational growth. This internship is designed to provide exposure to leadership strategy, sales enablement, learning innovation, and global transformation initiatives within a dynamic direct selling environment. The intern will contribute to business-critical projects through analysis, strategic recommendations, content development, and cross-functional collaboration.
