About The Position

The Sales Lead at Pandora @ Plaza Bonita is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional customer experiences through strong product knowledge, genuine customer connections, and a passion for the Pandora brand. The role supports both managers and sales associates and contributes to the store’s success by helping the team meet sales goals and key performance indicators. The Sales Lead coaches and inspires the team, provides real-time feedback, and fosters accountability for individual and store performance. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
Strong time-management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive at work on time.
