About The Position

The Sales Lead at Pandora’s Vacaville Premium Outlets store supports Managers and Sales Associates and contributes to in-store success. The role requires immersion in Pandora’s brand, culture, and products, with a focus on creating exceptional customer experiences and building customer loyalty. Sales Leads help achieve individual and store sales goals, exceed commercial targets and KPIs, and coach and inspire the sales team through accountability, feedback, and guidance. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a results-oriented seller in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Business acumen and analytical thinking that can contribute to positive results.
Strong time-management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 pounds or more, and arrive at work on time.
