About The Position

Pandora is looking for a Sales Lead who is passionate about the brand and dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. This role will support store managers and sales associates, contributing to the overall success of the store. The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales, fostering a positive store culture, and building customer loyalty. This position requires a results-oriented individual with strong communication and business acumen. The role also involves supporting the sales team through coaching and feedback to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated results-oriented sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Developed a sense of care in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the capacity to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, capable of demonstrating and delivering positive results.
  • Proficient in time management, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks professionally.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
  • At least 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
