About The Position

Pandora is looking for a passionate Sales Lead who will be an absolute fan of the Pandora brand. As a Sales Lead, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will provide support to both managers and sales associates, which is critical to our store's success. The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales, building genuine connections with customers, creating memorable shopping experiences, and empowering the sales team. This position requires a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods, lifting over 50 pounds, and punctuality.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated results-oriented salesperson with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Developed a sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the capacity to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to show and deliver positive results.
  • Proficient in time management, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks professionally.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
  • At least 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
