About The Position

The Sales Lead is an enthusiastic Pandora brand ambassador who immerses themselves in the brand, culture, and products and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role supports Managers and Sales Associates and contributes to in-store success by driving sales, building customer loyalty, and helping the team achieve performance goals. The position requires a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a results-oriented seller in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
Strong time-management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.

Coach and inspire the sales team, promote accountability, and provide real-time feedback and guidance to help team members achieve KPI goals.
Support store Managers and Sales Associates in delivering in-store success.
