About The Position

Pandora is looking for a Sales Lead to join their team at the District at Green Valley Ranch. As a Sales Lead, you will be an absolute fan of Pandora, immersing yourself in the brand, culture, and product to provide exceptional customer experiences. This role will support both managers and sales associates, contributing to the store's success. This position is temporary and part-time. Applicants will be required to complete an assessment upon application.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
Developed care in written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the capacity to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to show and deliver positive results.
Proficiency in time management, setting and adjusting priorities effortlessly while delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age or older.
Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
Ability to arrive at work on time.
