About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate will be a natural at starting conversations, motivating groups, and creating a positive customer experience. A typical day involves sales, motivating staff, providing constructive feedback, building customer relations, maintaining store organization and appearance, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
