About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate will be a natural at starting conversations, motivating others, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization and cleanliness, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering a cool store vibe. The role involves running, climbing ladders, selling shoes, and having fun.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Ability to talk to everyone naturally
2 years: Cashier experience
3 years: Customer Service experience
2 years: Leadership experience

Nice To Haves

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus
