About The Position

The Sales Lead is a brand ambassador who immerses themselves in Pandora’s brand, culture, and products and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role supports Managers and Sales Associates and contributes to in-store success. It involves achieving individual and store sales goals, exceeding commercial targets and KPIs, building customer loyalty, and coaching and inspiring the sales team. This position is temporary and part-time at Pandora’s Woodbury Commons Outlet. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a results-oriented seller in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Business acumen and analytical thinking that support positive results.
Strong time-management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail point-of-sale systems.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 or more pounds, and arrive at work on time.
