About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the sales team. The ideal candidate will be a natural conversationalist, engaging, and able to motivate others. Responsibilities include providing sales staff with constructive feedback, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, and creating an inclusive and fun work environment.

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
