About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a seasonal, part-time Retail Sales Associate to help provide customers with an enjoyable shopping experience and support sales at the store. Team members work in a fun, team-oriented retail environment, help keep the store clean, neat, and organized, and may run around and climb ladders while selling shoes. Shoe Palace describes its team as motivated, dynamic, upbeat, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to different situations. The role offers a pay rate of $17.25 per hour and eligibility for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or 16 or older with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people.
• Have a desire to work hard and succeed.
