About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior sales experience and help them celebrate life and express love. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants build personal relationships with customers, learn about their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing, and work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
- Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Provide information about extended service plans and financing options.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.

- Base pay of $16.90–$24.60 plus commission on sales; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
