About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The position is offered in seasonal, part-time, and full-time arrangements.

Requirements

A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.

Base pay of $16.90–$24.60 plus commission on sales; final pay rate is based on experience and qualifications.
