About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role requires driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The position involves motivating sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization, and fostering an inclusive work environment. The Sales Lead will also be responsible for motivating staff and creating healthy competition among the team, while selling shoes and having fun.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
• Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
• A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
• Talking to everyone just comes naturally

Nice To Haves

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus
