About The Position

Pandora is seeking a passionate Sales Lead to join their team at The Shops at Evergreen Walk. As a Sales Lead, you will be a dedicated fan of the Pandora brand, immersing yourself in its culture and products to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is crucial in supporting store managers and sales associates to achieve store success. The position requires a candidate who can exceed sales targets, foster a positive store culture, create memorable shopping experiences, and drive brand loyalty. You will also be responsible for empowering and inspiring the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance to help them achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Demonstrated results-oriented sales ability.
  • Developed caring communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking skills to show and deliver positive results.
  • Proficiency in time management, setting and adjusting priorities, and delegating tasks.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
