About The Position
Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist who can energize a group and set a positive example for customer relations. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, maintaining a clean and organized store, and fostering an inclusive work environment with a cool vibe. The role also involves motivating sales staff and creating healthy competition among the team, while also having fun selling shoes.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
- Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
- Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
- Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
- A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
- Does talking to everyone just come naturally?
Nice To Haves
- Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
