About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. Team members engage customers to understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and meet individual and team sales goals. The position is available as seasonal, part-time, or full-time work.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
