About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide valued customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life's special moments. The role is part of the Sales Team and involves understanding customers' needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. Associates work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
